- First, create a directory
- In the Libraries menu, select the vApp Templates section and click ADD.
- In the window that appears, select the source of the template. Click on URL if there is a link to the file on the Internet, or Browse if the template is located locally on your workstation. In the latter case, you need to click the arrow button to download the file from your workstation.
- View the basic information about the template and click Next.
- Enter the name of the template in the Name field and select Catalog, where the template will be located. Click Next.
- Check that all is correct, and then click Finish.
- After a while the template will appear in the catalog.
1. In the main menu select Libraries.
2. Go to Catalogs and click the NEW button.
3. In the window that appears, fill in the fields:
- Name - directory name;
- Description - description;
4. The directory has been created. Next, you can select the users who will be able to access its contents. To do this, click on the three vertical dots to the left of the directory name and select Share.
5. In the window that appears, press the + ADD button.
6. In the dialog box, choose how you want to share the directory:
- Share with everyone in the organization - all users in the organization will have access to the catalog;
Share with specific users or groups - only selected users will have access to the catalog;
Access Level - allowed permissions.
